The Massif Desktop App is currently only supported on Windows 10. We are currently working to get support for Mac OSX up and running soon.
The Desktop App communicates with the Massif Cloud using a secure SSL connection on port 443.

The Massif Desktop App will authenticate the user account login with the Autodesk Account authentication services, check license entitlement for any products the user has, and will also download any CAD / CAM addins purchased, as well as any CNC / CAM post processors the user is entitled to use.
No CAD or NC data is transmitted by this app.
The Massif Server Console is also only supported on Windows 10.
